EMID is a dynamic and ambitious company established in 2016 with a bold vision to shape modern, sustainable living spaces in the Maldives. EMID was founded by a passionate engineer with a mission to design and develop residential and commercial infrastructure with a strong emphasis on quality, functionality, and environmental compatibility.
Under Engineering Management, this young practice provides a
full range engineering design and management services including
architectural design, structural design, interior design, 3D design,
preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), engineering consultancy
and project management.
Even newer to the company is the Infrastructure Development
section of the company. Under this the company will be doing realestate
projects. Main focus of this department will be development
of residential buildings in greater Male' area including Male',
Hulhumale' & Vilimale'.
Our mission is to plan for people, to create spaces for people to
live in, and to make sparing use of resources while maintaining a
high level of design quality and environmental compatibility.
Our innovative concepts enable us to create an optimal standard
of living with and inside the structures we design. Our architecture
is not as an end in itself, but serves the needs of human beings. It is
